The X7 is the fourth product of the streamlined Micro OCS Series of embedded I/O controllers. All units feature a built-in logic engine, operator interface, networking and I/O. OCS with wide WVGA display (7") with 12 digit in , 12 digit out including 2 PWM out including 2 RTD In, 2 analog out

The module automatically linearizes the entire temperature range. A sensor error (short circuit, wire break or out-of-measurement range) is indicated by a red LED. Unused channels can be deactivated

This module is an interface for the connection of any incremental encoder. A 16 bit counter with quadrature encoder interface as well as a 16 bit latch for the zero impulse can be read, set, or enabled. The count of the counter will be transmitted fast and interference-free over the fieldbus to the PC, PLC, or NC. A counter lock-out is possible using the “Gate” input. The power supply for the transmitter is derived internally from the power jumper contacts Ue/U0. The shield directly connects to the DIN-rail.

The analog output module provides a variety of standardized signals for voltage and current.
The output signal can be parameterized channel by channel.

This analog input module processes standard 0–10 VDC and ±10 V signals. The input signal is electrically isolated and is transmitted with a resolution of 12 bits.
